Code review interview session

What we collect

During your session the following activity is recorded:

• Mouse movements and clicks
• Keystrokes
• Which files you open
• Tab and window focus changes
• Scroll position and font size adjustments

What we do not collect

• The contents of your clipboard
• Any activity outside the browser window
• Audio or video
• Any personal information beyond your session ID

How it's used

Recordings are used solely to evaluate your code review — specifically how you navigate the codebase, which areas you focus on, and how you spend your time. They are reviewed only by the interviewers involved in your process.

De-identification

Your session is identified only by a randomly generated session ID. No name, email address, or other personal identifier is attached to the recording.

Retention

All session recordings are permanently deleted within 7 days of your interview.
